Here is everything you need to know before you walk through the door — so that nothing stands between you and worship.

Whatever you like
Some dress up, some don’t. Nobody is counting.
What To Expect
Come as you are.
You will not be singled out, put on the spot, or asked for anything.

You’ll be greeted
Someone will meet you at the door, help you find a seat, and answer any question you have — including the ones you feel silly asking.

We worship together
Expect it to be joyful and loud. Singing, keyboard and drums, hands raised, and prayer offered in more than one language.

We open the Bible
Teaching is central here. We rely on the Bible as the sole guide of Christian life, and we aim to send you home with something you can actually use.

We’d love to meet you
Stay a few minutes afterwards. Coming back a second time is much easier once you know a name or two.
Bringing Children?
They are welcome in the room.
Our Children’s Ministry exists to win children for Christ and train them for responsible positions in the church and society.
Children here are not parked to one side — they serve, they sing, and they are taught the Scriptures at their level. Introduce yourself to Lady Glenny Tettey, who leads the Children’s Ministry, and she will take good care of your family.
Prefer to watch first?
Plenty of people join us online for a few weeks before they visit in person. That is a completely normal way to start.

Before you come
What time should I arrive?
Service begins at 10:00am. Arriving ten minutes early gives you time to park, find the suite and settle in without rushing — but if you are late, come anyway. You will not be the only one.
How long does the service last?
About two and a half hours, from 10:00am to roughly 12:30pm. It includes worship, prayer, teaching from the Scriptures, and time for the church family to greet one another.
What should I wear?
Anything you are comfortable in. You will see people in traditional West African dress, people in suits, and people in jeans, all in the same row. Come as you are — we mean it literally.
Where do I park?
Parking is free. Use the building lot at 9221 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Suite 206 and make your way to Suite 206 — someone will be at the door to point you the right way. If you cannot find us, call (774) 262-8082 and we will talk you in.
Will I be asked to give money?
No. We do receive tithes and offerings during the service — it is the eleventh of our tenets, and part of how the church is sustained — but there is never any expectation on a guest. Give nothing and you are just as welcome.
Do I need to speak a particular language?
Services are conducted in English. You may hear prayer and praise in other languages too — our congregation has deep Ghanaian roots and members from across the nations.
Can I join the weekday prayer meetings?
Please do. We meet on Zoom Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 7:00am, and in person on the last Friday of every month from 9:00 to 11:00pm. See all gatherings.
